We have a 14-day, hassle-free return or exchange policy. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll get you set up with a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receipt.
If you wish to return your prescription glasses or other eyeglasses because you're not happy with them, be sure that:
The item is flawless and in the same state as when you first received it. All returned goods must be in their original, resalable condition. Include all of the original packaging supplied with the return. Within 30 days of the day we initially mailed it to you, your return must have a postmark. We do not cover the cost of return postage, and no collect packages will be accepted. You can choose how to ship your return. We strongly advise using delivery confirmation since we cannot be held liable for things that are misplaced in the mail on their way back to us.
In addition, glasses with customization options are non-refundable. Customization options include:
- Lens material (hi-index, polycarbonate, etc.)
- Lens power above +3.25
- Blue light
- Polarized lens
Please note that we may charge a restocking fee of $12 for each pair of glasses ordered if you choose to return them. This fee is a fixed price and is not affected by the price of the pair of glasses.
Q: How do I set up a return or exchange?
If you’re eligible to return your glasses or contacts, email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization Code from them. Make sure that this code is written on the exterior of the package so we know that it is from you. You will receive your refund once we confirm that your packaged has arrived. If you are requesting an exchange, a representative from our customer service team will contact you for further details.
Q: What do I do if I’m experiencing issues with my prescription?
We recommend waiting up to a week before requesting a return/exchange for prescription eyeglasses. Sometimes, it simply takes a few days for your eyes to adjust to a new prescription. However, if you feel that you are still having issues acclimating to your new pair of glasses, first contact your eye doctor to make sure your prescription is correct. After confirmation of your prescription, contact us and we’ll help determine the issue for you!
